Cancellation Policy
While we understand that things can come up in life, we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment time.
Unfortunately, if you no-show or last minute cancel (less than 24 hours notice), we may require a fee of 50% of the booked service(s) to be paid for before we can make a future appointment for you.
There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late by more than 10 minutes, please call or text us at 425-776-5000. If we do not receive a call or text within the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged the no-show policy fee.
